Cthulhu Wars: Cosmic Terrors Pack is a 2016 addition for 2–4 players, with a listed play time of 120 minutes. It introduces neutral, particularly powerful Monsters that may be added to any game of Cthulhu Wars.

These Cosmic Terrors are available to any player on a first come, first served basis. To claim one, a player spends Doom points to seize control of it. Once claimed, the Monster remains loyal to that player.

The pack includes three distinctive entities from the Cthulhu Wars setting:

• The Dhole, described as a gigantic destroyer of worlds.
• The Great Race of Yith, with the power to seize men’s minds.
• Quachil Uttaus, a demonic entity known as the Treader of the Dust.

Because each Cosmic Terror is neutral before being claimed, every player has the opportunity to pursue these powerful Monsters. Their first come, first served availability makes timing important whenever one enters the game.
