About this board game

Explorers of Navoria is a game for 2–4 players that takes about 80 minutes, combining card drafting, worker placement, and set collection in a magical land of newly emerged continents.

The council of Navoria has called for brave adventurers to explore these strange new lands. Draw action tokens from the bag, then use them to draft Adventure cards into your tableau. These cards help you explore Navoria, build settlements, craft supplies and items, and collaborate with the land’s different races.

Adventure cards provide a variety of benefits throughout the game. Some offer instant effects that boost your powers, while others grant ongoing abilities that develop an engine in your tableau. Every card also increases your reputation with different races, helping you unlock end-game bonuses through set collection.

• Draw action tokens from the bag.
• Draft Adventure cards into your tableau.
• Explore continents, build settlements, craft supplies and items, and collaborate with Navoria’s races.
• Use your drafted tokens in the mainland’s worker placement phase.

After drafting cards, you use the same tokens during a worker placement phase to visit locations on the mainland of Navoria. Each location becomes less powerful after a token is placed there, so timing matters: visiting a location first provides its best available benefit.

With its combination of tableau development, changing location value, and reputation-based set collection, Explorers of Navoria presents an adventure of exploration and discovery for 2–4 players.
