About this expansion
Explorers of Navoria: Forgotten Lands is a board game for 1–5 players with an approximately 80-minute play time. This expansion introduces new content that changes how the game plays, adding fresh possibilities for every expedition.
Players now receive asymmetrical powers and new starting equipment, creating different advantages from the beginning of the game. A new worker location and a brand-new deck of cards further expand the choices available during play.
The explorer tracks also receive a major update. Instead of fixed bonuses at the ends of the tracks, players encounter variable scoring objectives. Reaching the end of an explorer track first can also provide additional faction bonuses, making timing an important part of your plans.
Every round features its own unique scoring objective. You can focus on the objective available now for immediate gains, or plan ahead and try to score more heavily in a later round. This gives the game a changing rhythm and encourages players to adapt as the game develops.
