Fallout Shelter: The Board Game is a post-nuclear worker-placement game for 2–4 players, with play sessions lasting about 90 minutes. Based on Bethesda Softworks’ hit mobile game and released in 2020, it places you in the role of a vault officer responsible for fostering happiness among the citizens of an underground vault.

A new Overseer is about to be elected, and happiness is the key to victory. Direct your dwellers to different locations throughout the vault, deciding how they should spend their time and balancing the needs of your community with the drive for greater efficiency.

Your choices can include relaxing in the lounge, gathering vital food in the community gardens, or confronting a radroach infestation in the game room. Each destination represents another way to support life underground while pursuing the happiness needed to secure the election.
