Ghost Blitz: Spooky Doo is a fast-paced shape and color recognition game for 2–8 players, with games lasting around 20 minutes. Players race to identify or grab the correct object as quickly as possible, testing their reflexes and attention.

Five items sit on the table, including the ghost, bottle, mouse, barrel, and fez. Each card shows two objects, but one or both may appear in the wrong colors. Reveal a card and determine which item is correct before anyone else can take it.

• If one object is shown in its correct color, grab that object.
• If both objects are shown in incorrect colors, identify the object and color not represented on the card.
• The first player to grab the correct item keeps the card.
• A player who grabs the wrong object must discard one previously collected card.

The fez adds a new layer of uncertainty to the familiar Ghost Blitz rules. It can be placed over any of the other items, so players must remember what is hidden beneath it. When the fez is the correct choice, players say the name of the item underneath instead of grabbing the fez; when the covered item is correct, they grab the fez to reveal it.

Whenever a player grabs the fez, that player may cover the same item or choose a new one. This makes every reveal a test of quick recognition and memory, especially when the pictures use misleading colors.

Once the deck runs out, the game ends. Whoever has collected the most cards wins. Released in 2016, Ghost Blitz: Spooky Doo brings its rapid, simultaneous gameplay in a distinctive metal box with two additional objects and a memorable hidden-item challenge.
