Last Will: Plan Order Board

About this expansion

Last Will: Plan Order Board is a promotional board-game accessory for 2–5 players with a 45-minute play time, released in 2011. It determines the player order for placing Planning Markers, which then determines the order for placing Errand Boys as usual.

At the start of the game, place one marker in each player’s color on a random circle. Only circles matching the number of players are used. The board establishes the order for the opening round and provides a different sequence for later rounds.

• First round: player order follows 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
• Later rounds: player order follows 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
• Left gray circle: placing an Errand Boy there moves your marker to position 1, while the other markers shift right to fill the space.
• Right gray circle: placing an Errand Boy there moves your marker to position 2, with the other markers shifting right to fill the gap.

This arrangement makes the order of actions visible and gives the gray circles a direct role in changing the sequence. Players can see how marker positions affect Planning Marker placement and the subsequent order of Errand Boy placement.

Last Will: Plan Order Board was first released at Spiel 2011 as a promotional item. Its focused design supports the player-order procedure while adding a clear, board-based way to track how positions change from one round to the next.
