Mafia de Cuba: Revolución is a 2015 expansion for Mafia de Cuba, supporting 6–12 players in a game lasting about 20 minutes.

Just when the island seems safe, the revolución begins. New characters enter the game, and everyone has a secret agenda that can reshape the loyalties around the table. Players must keep guessing as alliances shift and hidden motives emerge.

The crooked lawyer joins forces with whoever best serves his interests, making his allegiance difficult to predict. The diamond lover, meanwhile, hopes to get caught, while the revolutionaries can win if the godfather accuses them.

The fake diamond adds another dangerous layer to the investigation. It can let someone get away with stealing from the big boss, but anyone who also took real diamonds may still be exposed. A seemingly clever escape can therefore turn into a revealing mistake.
