Power Grid: France/Italy is an expansion for Power Grid that supports 2–6 players and takes about 120 minutes to play. It adds a two-sided board featuring new maps of France and Italy, along with small rule changes inspired by each country’s power culture.

This is an expansion pack, so the original Power Grid game is required to play. The board presents a different map on each side, giving players two distinct settings to explore while using the foundation of the original game.

• France: Atomic plants begin appearing earlier, and more uranium is available.
• Italy: There is more waste, while coal and oil resources are less plentiful.

These regional differences do more than provide new locations. France’s stronger emphasis on nuclear power and Italy’s altered supply of waste, coal, and oil change the conditions presented by the game, creating new ways to approach each session.
