Power Grid: Oracle & Industrial Espionage is a 2012 promotional card set for Power Grid and Power Grid: The First Sparks, associated with 2–6 players and a 120-minute play time.

The set contains two promotional cards: Oracle for Power Grid: The First Sparks and Industrial Espionage for Power Grid. Both cards provide a single player with information about the topmost card of either the power plant or technology draw pile.

After a player buys a card from the market, that player must give the Oracle or Industrial Espionage card to the previous player in turn order. This creates a clear handoff between turns while allowing one player to learn more about a draw pile’s top card.

• Oracle: a promotional card for Power Grid: The First Sparks.
• Industrial Espionage: a promotional card for Power Grid.
• Card information: each card gives one player information about the topmost card in a power plant or technology draw pile.
• Card transfer: after buying a market card, the player passes the promotional card to the previous player in turn order.

Power Grid: Oracle & Industrial Espionage was first available in October 2012 for a donation at the 2F-Spiele booth during Spiel 2012. The donation supported “Die Friese,” a self-organized youth center and youth cultural center on Friesenstraße in Bremen, Germany.

The Oracle card was later included by itself in Spielbox 2013/#2. Since November 2012, both promotional cards have also been available through the BGG Store.
