About this expansion

Rajas of the Ganges: Snake Expansion is a 2018 expansion for 2–4 players, with games lasting about 75 minutes. It adds four special province tiles, titled Shalimar Gardens, to the game.

Each Shalimar Gardens tile is available in one of the four player colors. To use these additions, mix each tile into the corresponding snake stack. The tiles are acquired through a building action, following the usual procedure for that action.

The acquisition cost combines dice in a specific way. Pay one die in the tile’s color with any number, plus any other die. This gives the new province tiles a defined color requirement while allowing flexibility with the second die.

The standout effect of every tile is its worker ability. After acquiring one, you may take back one of your already-placed workers, allowing you to take an extra turn this round.
