Shadows of Brimstone: Akaname Tongue Demons Enemy Pack is a board game enemy pack for 1–6 players, with an approximately 120-minute play time. Released in 2019, it introduces the stealthy Akaname and their distinctive ambush-focused abilities.

The Akaname are creatures that love to attack from the shadows. They crawl along walls and ceilings, then leap over other models and obstacles in their path. Their vicious claws and long, barbed tongues make them dangerous opponents for any Hero they reach.

When an Akaname leaps at a Hero to attack, it always moves the shortest distance needed to reach its target. This movement choice directly affects the attack, because the Akaname deals extra Damage on its Combat Hits for every unspent point of movement remaining.

• Ambush-focused enemies: Akaname specialize in striking from the shadows.
• Wall- and ceiling-crawling movement: They can leap over other models and obstacles.
• Movement-based Damage: Unspent movement can increase Damage on Combat Hits when they leap to attack.
• Filth-Licker ability: An Akaname can gain bonus Combat for every Corruption Point or Mutation its target Hero has.
