Shadows of Brimstone: Dark Omens Game Supplement is a 15-card Mine Encounter Supplement for 1–4 players, with a listed play time of 120 minutes. Released in 2015, it brings a dark collection of plagues, rituals, supernatural omens, and demonic dealings to the forsaken lands around Brimstone.

In the dark places of the world, shadows conceal more than secrets. This supplement is themed around terrifying supernatural threats, from pestilence and strange creatures to black rituals and ominous signs. Its encounters are designed for journeys through the dangerous lands surrounding Brimstone.

The 15-card set includes two copies each of Sign of the Dark Omen and Pestilence Flies, alongside individual cards presenting distinctive dangers and mysterious events. Together, they create a focused collection of dark-themed Mine Encounters.
