The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game – The Fortress of Nurn is a 2020 expansion for 1–4 players, with an expected play time of 60 minutes.

Your brave company has reached the heart of Mordor. After rescuing prisoners from the slave-fields surrounding the fortress, your heroes wait beneath the cover of darkness for the signal to attack the city and liberate the captives within.

The fortress may also hold Thane Ulchor, whose presence brings your long-running quest toward its ultimate confrontation. In this scenario, players must lay siege to a castle as danger surrounds them and the stakes rise.

Fortunately, new friends and allies arrive to support the assault. The pack expands your options with player cards across every sphere, along with a new Spirit version of Aragorn.
