About this expansion

Small World: Grand Dames of Small World is a 2009 expansion for 2–5 players, with a listed play time of 80 minutes. It requires a copy of the Small World board game.

This expansion adds three new powerful female race banners to the fantasy world. The Gypsies, Priestesses, and ghostly White Ladies each bring a new race option to Small World, giving players more banners to discover and include in their games.

The Grand Dames expansion also introduces two new Special Power Badges: Historian and Peace-Loving. A blank Special Power Badge is included as well, alongside the rules booklet needed for the expansion.

Grand Dames of Small World was created as part of the Small World Design Contest. Its featured designs were selected from more than 700 entries, making this expansion a collection of winning ideas from the game’s design community.

Whether you want to add the Gypsies, Priestesses, or White Ladies to your available race banners, or expand the selection of Special Power Badges with Historian and Peace-Loving, Small World: Grand Dames of Small World provides additional content for the base game in a compact expansion.
