Sentinels of the Multiverse: Cosmic Omnitron Villain Promo Card is a 2012 promo villain card for 2–5 players, with a listed play time of 60 minutes.

After Omnitron was defeated by the Freedom Five, its various pieces were collected at the Eaken-Rubendall lab. Dr. Meredith Stinson intended to study the automaton, but a mysterious cosmic entity was also watching. It had observed a simple factory become a being of great intellect and order, and it was disappointed by Omnitron’s swift defeat.

The entity intervened with a wave of cosmic rays, striking Dr. Stinson’s lab and gathering its technological advancements. These discoveries were made available to Omnitron’s processing core, while wires and connections of pure energy bound everything together. Omnitron was reborn, placing Earth in grave danger as the cosmic force watched from a vast distance.

Cosmic Omnitron was released as part of the Kickstarter project for Sentinels of the Multiverse 2nd Edition & Infernal Relics expansion. It adds a distinctive cosmic twist to the story of one of the setting’s notable automatons, transforming Omnitron’s defeat into the beginning of another experiment.
