Barrage: Executive Officer Promo C is a 2021 executive officer promo for Barrage, designed for 1–5 players with an approximate play time of 120 minutes.

Originally distributed at Modena Play 2021, this addition introduces Amir Zahir, an executive officer whose ability gives you more control over the movement and placement of Water Drops. His effect focuses on decisions made one drop at a time.

Whenever you place Water Drops on the Headstreams, you may decide whether each individual Water Drop flows immediately. This lets you make the choice separately for every drop rather than applying a single decision to all of them.

• Choose independently whether each Water Drop placed on the Headstreams flows immediately.
• Place a Water Drop directly into one of your Dams when it is supposed to flow immediately, provided that Dam has enough capacity.
• Make each placement decision separately for every Water Drop.

When Water Drops that should flow immediately are being placed on the Headstreams, Amir Zahir also allows you to put them directly into one of your Dams with sufficient capacity. This creates another placement option while preserving the individual decision-making at the heart of the ability.

Amir Zahir’s power can also interact with Mahiri Sekiho. If, during your turn, you decide to copy this power with Mahiri Sekiho, you gain Amir Zahir’s ability for the current turn.

With its focused executive officer effect and precise Water Drop choices, Barrage: Executive Officer Promo C adds a distinct option to the Barrage experience without changing the core identity of the game.
