The Pursuit of Happiness: KS Promos 2 is a 2017 bundle of mini-expansions and extra cards for 1–5 players, with a 90-minute play time.

Originally available during the Kickstarter for The Pursuit of Happiness: Community, this collection adds several card types and includes a wooden Palm Tree first player marker. It brings new options to different parts of the game, from relationships and pets to jobs and life goals.

The Friends mini-expansion contains 10 cards. Friends are placed between players and provide an action, with a potential end-game bonus for one of the two players on each side of the card.

Ongoing Life Goals adds three goals that are checked at the end of each adult round. The collection also includes eight Pets, which are special Item–Activity cards. These can be combined with the 10 Pets from the base game KS Promos.

• Stand-Alone Jobs: 3 new jobs shuffled into the standard job cards, combinable with the 3 Stand-Alone Jobs from the base game KS Promos.
• Child Traits: 2 bonus cards.
• Item–Activity cards: 10 bonus cards.
• Partners: 3 bonus cards.
• Projects: 9 bonus cards.
