About this expansion

Warhammer 40,000: Conquest – The Final Gambit is a two-player War Pack with an approximately 45-minute play time, released in 2016. It is the sixth and final War Pack in the Planetfall cycle, bringing the battle for Sacaellum to its decisive climax.

As the Black Templars attempt to recover the sacred relics of St. Camila, an Eldar raiding party from the craftworld of Saim-Hann makes a desperate gambit to steal them for its own unknowable devices. With war spreading across the planet, only one side can emerge victorious.

Like the other War Packs in the Planetfall cycle, The Final Gambit gives planet type symbols new importance beyond simply achieving victory. Every faction has its own reasons for fighting in the Traxis sector, and pursuing those goals can lead to greater success.

  • A new Eldar warlord and her unique signature squad
  • Fifty-one additional cards for the other factions
  • Seventeen distinct cards, with three copies of each
  • New significance for planet type symbols during the fight for victory

Use the secret Paths of the Eldar and shape your strategy around the aims of your faction. With its relic-driven conflict, expanded faction options, and climactic setting, Warhammer 40,000: Conquest – The Final Gambit offers a final chance to influence the outcome of the Planetfall cycle.
