Space Cadets: Resistance Is Mostly Futile is the first expansion for Space Cadets, offering new missions for 2–7 players with an approximately 90-minute play time.

This expansion challenges both novice and veteran crews with fresh missions, map obstacles, and enemies. Its scenarios add new dangers to overcome, including parasites, lasers, tentacles, and the mighty Star Kraken—an enemy unlike any faced before.

Among the new content are missions designed for just two players, giving smaller crews a way to take on the expansion’s challenges. Other missions call on players to save a space station and survive the threats waiting throughout space.

The Science Officer brings helpful inventions to the crew. There is one catch: these inventions are made from parts of the ship, so solving one problem may create another as the vessel is gradually torn apart.
