Clinic: Deluxe Edition – 5th Extension is a 2022 expansion for 1–4 players, with a playing time of 150 minutes, that introduces new ways to shape and develop your clinic.

Designed for players who have become familiar with earlier construction obstacles, this extension offers new ground-floor layouts to break up established building habits. These layouts provide fresh configurations for the clinic’s foundation and create more demanding floors to tackle.

The extension also adds a new series of double tiles. These tiles are intended to accelerate the development of your clinic while supporting play on the more difficult ground floors included in this release.
