Hostage Negotiator: Abductor Pack 10 is a 15-card expansion for one player, designed for a 20-minute game of Hostage Negotiator or Hostage Negotiator: Crime Wave.

Inc0gn1t0 is a threat unlike any faced before. Their identity and location are unknown, their demands remain a mystery, and they have hacked into networks across the city. Alongside the crisis, traces have been found of a bomb protected by some kind of remote access code.

In this expansion, you must deal with Inc0gn1t0’s reign of terror across the city while working to decrypt the bomb’s code. The danger is defined by uncertainty: the abductor is unknown, the demands are unknown, and the bomb’s code must be uncovered before time runs out.
