Lords of Hellas: Determination Cards

About this expansion

Lords of Hellas: Determination Cards is a 10-card addition for 1–4 players, designed for games lasting about 90 minutes.

This set adds Determination Cards for use with Lords of Hellas. Each player receives one card at the beginning of the game, when choosing their hero, creating an individual rule or option that can be used only once.

The setup process gives each player a small choice before play begins. After selecting a hero, the player draws three determination cards, chooses one, and shuffles the remaining two back into the determination deck.

• Draw 3 Determination Cards when choosing a hero.
• Choose 1 card to keep.
• Shuffle the other 2 cards back into the determination deck.
• Reveal the chosen card and use it only once, following its stated rules.

Every player therefore starts with one revealed Determination card. The card’s own instructions explain how it may be used, while the once-per-game limit keeps each selection distinct.

Lords of Hellas: Determination Cards was originally available as part of Promo Pack A from the Dice Tower 2019 Kickstarter Campaign. Released in 2019, this compact addition introduces a straightforward card-selection step at the start of a Lords of Hellas game.
