About this board game

Rush M.D. is a real-time cooperative board game for 1–4 players, with a listed play time of 45 minutes, in which doctors work together to admit, diagnose, and treat patients at a busy medical center.

Each player controls one Doctor hourglass, moving around the hospital to perform vital duties. Doctors can admit patients, provide immediate medical care, carry out different examinations, and perform surgeries. The game’s hourglass-based worker placement system makes every decision matter: once a worker is assigned to an action, it cannot be used elsewhere until its sand runs out.

Four additional Nurse hourglasses are shared by the whole team. Nurses supply medicines, drugs, and equipment needed for examinations and medical procedures, so effective cooperation is essential. Players must combine their strengths, coordinate their workers, and respond efficiently as patients arrive.
