Rush M.D.: Maternity & Dental Clinics is a mini expansion for 1–4 players with a 45-minute play time, introducing two new modules for the Outpatient clinic.

In the Maternity Clinic, examine pregnant women to determine the gender of their baby or babies. Perform an ultrasound using the special see-through red plastic chip to locate symbols on the back of the top Maternity Diagnosis card, then place the corresponding gender tiles on the mother’s card.

Some diagnoses demand immediate action. If the ultrasound reveals a scalpel symbol instead of gender symbols, the mother-to-be must be hospitalized in a Ward bed and taken to an Operating Room. There, a Doctor and a Nurse are needed to deliver the baby.

• Ultrasound diagnosis: Use the red plastic chip to locate gender or scalpel symbols.
• Urgent maternity care: Hospitalize mothers who need to give birth immediately and bring them to the Operating Room.
• Dental cleaning: Use tweezers to place teeth on the Mouth tile with every black side facing down.

The Dental Clinic allows you to admit Patients from the Outpatient Clinic who need their teeth checked and cleaned. To perform a cleanup, throw the tooth cubes like dice near the Dental Clinic board, then carefully use tweezers to position each tooth in an available Mouth tile slot.

With its combination of medical diagnosis, urgent hospitalization, and careful dexterity challenges, Rush M.D.: Maternity & Dental Clinics adds two distinctive ways to expand the hospital’s Outpatient clinic.
