Sentinels of the Multiverse: Void Guard is a 2018 box set for 2–5 players, with an approximately 60-minute play time. It brings four hero characters, each with their own hero character cards and decks, into a struggle against the end of all things.

The story begins when the Southwest Sentinels are attacked by Chokepoint inside their headquarters at Fort Adamant. With no military support and no alarms raised, the heroes soon realize that the situation is not what they assumed.

As the Sentinels flee through the installation, Chokepoint pursues them. In the lower levels, she tears through a wall and is briefly incapacitated by a blast of power, revealing a secret room the heroes have never seen before.

Inside are four large, glowing crystals, each radiating a different spectrum of energy. With Chokepoint already recovering behind them, the heroes choose survival and harness the power of the Oblivion Shards.
