Shadows of Brimstone: Ghosts of the Damned Game Supplement is a 15-card expansion for 1–4 players, with a listed play time of 120 minutes. Released in 2015, it adds new Gear, Mine Artifacts, and Mine Encounters themed around the ghosts that haunt the mines of Brimstone.

Those who brave the mines may feel the fallen watching from the darkness. This supplement brings that supernatural theme to the adventure with cards representing helpful discoveries, characterful artifacts, and unsettling encounters.

The new Gear includes the Holy Charm, Mark of the Faithful, The Grave Digger, and Red Sash. Holy Charm is included twice, giving heroes another chance to find this themed piece of equipment.

• 5 Mine Artifact cards: Angel’s Tears ×2, Ring of the Revenant, San Pedro’s Lantern, and Cross of Hidalgo
• 5 Mine Encounter cards: Voices from Beyond, The Wretched One, Damned if You Do, Bleeding Walls, and Shades of Terror

Among the artifacts are Angel’s Tears, the Ring of the Revenant, San Pedro’s Lantern, and the Cross of Hidalgo. The Mine Encounters evoke the dangers and atmosphere of the damned, from hearing Voices from Beyond to confronting Bleeding Walls.

Designed as a focused card supplement, Ghosts of the Damned offers a compact collection of ghost-themed additions for the mines. Its contents give heroes new cards to encounter as they face the darkness and the spirits of the fallen.
