Steampunk Rally: Zhuge Liang & Lady Huang is a promotional character for Steampunk Rally, supporting 2–8 players in games that take around 60 minutes.

Instead of using the standard two cards—a cockpit and a machine—this character features a single 1×2 card depicting a mechanised bull device. That distinctive card setup gives Zhuge Liang & Lady Huang a unique presence on the track.

The character’s bonus is determined during the Damage Phase, based on exactly how many parts are lost. Each possible result provides a different effect for the following round or for the current game state.

• Lose exactly 1 part: all opponents take 2 damage for the next round.
• Lose exactly 2 parts: gain 2 cogs.
• Lose 3 or more parts: gain 1 smooth movement.

Because the bonus changes with the number of parts lost, every Damage Phase can produce a different outcome. A single lost part affects every opponent next round, while losing exactly two parts awards cogs; heavier damage instead provides smooth movement.
