Rebellion Without Rehearsal: Liberation – Part 2 is a 2024 fan expansion for Android: Netrunner for two players, with games designed to last about 30 minutes.

As the second half of the Liberation Cycle, Rebellion Without Rehearsal concludes the story that began in The Automata Initiative. In Brazil, the passage of a law intended to strip bioroids of personhood has caused widespread uproar, pushing an already divided situation toward open conflict.

The protests are turning violent, and the law is now only a presidential signature away from enactment. Activists fighting to protect bioroid rights must respond to this critical moment, forming unlikely alliances while deciding how far they are prepared to go.

This expansion contains full playsets of 65 new Netrunner cards, including three identities. These cards bring the Liberation Cycle’s concluding chapter to the table and continue its focus on the political and personal consequences of the unfolding crisis.
