Twilight Struggle: “Referendum NATO” Promo Card is a two-player promo card for Twilight Struggle, published by Devir for the release of the Spanish Edition in 2012. Numbered 111 Optional, it introduces a neutral Late War event with 1 operation point.
The card requires NATO. When it is played as an event, each player rolls a die. The active player adds +1 to their result, while the player with more influence in Spain/Portugal also adds +1.
The player with the higher final result wins the referendum. If the result is tied, the players roll again until there is a winner. The winner adds 1 VP and places 1 influence in Spain/Portugal.
