Unsettled: Blackout is a 2023 planet box for 2–4 players, with an approximate play time of 90 minutes. Restore power to the Scarab while surviving a malfunctioning Luna in near-complete darkness.

Research into a mysterious substance has triggered a bizarre explosion, plunging the ship into darkness and compromising Luna. The ship’s artificial intelligence no longer recognizes you as friendly, turning the effort to restore power into a desperate struggle to stay conscious.

Players must find a way to bring the power back on while thwarting Luna’s attempts to de-conscious them. Every move takes place under the threat of an enemy that no longer understands your intentions and may pursue you through the powerless ship.

• Restore power to the Scarab.
• Evade Luna while she attempts to de-conscious you.
• Use equipment to build barricades.
• Create loud noises to distract Luna.
• Jump out the airlock if she gets too close.

The blackout creates a setting where survival depends on finding a solution before Luna catches you. With the ship compromised and visibility reduced, the goal is not simply to repair the damage, but to do so while managing an immediate and unpredictable threat.

Whether you pile equipment into barricades, draw Luna away with noise, or resort to the airlock, Unsettled: Blackout puts the Scarab’s recovery in your hands. Whatever choice you make, do not let Luna catch you.
