Zooloretto XXL

About this expansion

Zooloretto XXL is a zoo-management board game for 2–5 players, with games lasting about 45 minutes.

Your zoo grows and prospers as new animals are added regularly. In time, the animals also provide offspring, bringing more life to your expanding collection while making the available space increasingly important.

When room becomes limited, other zoo managers can provide a useful solution. Send some of your animals to other zoos, where the new arrivals are welcomed and those who contributed them receive rewards.

This creates a changing challenge around zoo capacity. Players must respond as their zoos develop, balancing the arrival of additional animals and offspring with the need to make use of limited space. The option to transfer animals gives crowded zoos a way to handle growth while benefiting from cooperation between managers.
