Hostage Negotiator: Abductor Pack 2 is a 15-card expansion for the Hostage Negotiator base game, designed for 1 player and playable in about 30 minutes.

This scenario puts you against two Abductors instead of one. The Pedersen Twins are trapped in a Port Authority office after a rival tipped off the Feds about one of their smuggling operations. With hostages in their possession, they do not plan to go quietly.

The expansion adds new content to the Hostage Negotiator experience, introducing the twins as a paired threat along with their individual Demands. Their situation creates a distinct confrontation centered on two Abductors and the hostages they hold.
