Terraforming Mars: Neptunian Power Consultants Promo Card

About this expansion

Terraforming Mars: Neptunian Power Consultants Promo Card is a 2024 promo card for 1–5 players, associated with a 120-minute game experience. This limited card adds a focused energy-and-resource effect to the Terraforming Mars card pool.

Neptunian Power Consultants is an active card with a Power tag. Its effect is triggered whenever any ocean is placed. At that moment, you may spend 5 M€ to raise your energy production by 1 step and add 1 hydroelectric resource to this card. Steel may be used for the payment.

The card also provides a direct scoring connection to its stored resources: it is worth 1 VP per hydroelectric resource on Neptunian Power Consultants. Each qualifying ocean placement can therefore offer both an increase to energy production and another resource for the card, provided you can pay the cost.

• Card type: Active card
• Tag: Power
• Trigger: When any ocean is placed
• Optional effect: Spend 5 M€ to raise energy production 1 step and add 1 hydroelectric resource
• Scoring: 1 VP per hydroelectric resource on the card

Terraforming Mars: Neptunian Power Consultants Promo Card was included in the Kickstarter for Prelude 2 and is also planned for limited availability at select board game conventions. It is identified as Promo Card X61, making it a distinct promotional addition for players seeking this specific card.
