Terraforming Mars: Kaguya Tech Promo Card is a 2024 automated promo card for 1–5 players, associated with a 120-minute game experience. It features both City and Plant tags, offering a powerful combination of production, card draw, and tile placement.

When you use Kaguya Tech, increase your M€ production by 2 steps and draw 1 card. You must then remove 1 of your greenery tiles. This removal does not affect oxygen, allowing the action to change the board without changing that global parameter.

After removing the greenery, place a city tile in its location. Kaguya Tech allows this placement regardless of other restrictions, and you gain placement bonuses as usual. The result is a distinctive way to turn an existing greenery location into a city while also improving your economy and expanding your options.
