Deep Madness: Endless Nightmares is an expansion for Deep Madness for 1–6 players, with an approximately 120-minute play time. Released in 2018, it brings new investigators, monsters, epic threats, and three standalone scenarios to the depths of Kadath.

There is more to the story beneath the ocean’s surface. Other investigators are descending into the darkness, while new monsters emerge from the sphere’s roiling horrors. As new chapters creep into view, fresh nightmares wait just out of sight.

Endless Nightmares was originally announced as three separate items: Fathoms Dark, Fevered Dreams, and Expectant Terrors. Together, they add a substantial new level to the Deep Madness experience and invite players to journey once more into the uncharted night.
