Carcassonne: GQ Promo Tiles is a 12-tile addition for 2–6 players, with a playing time of about 60 minutes. Released in 2006, this promo set adds new tile designs to the Carcassonne series.

The set includes two river tiles: a spring with an attached road and a river running between two cities. Alongside these are 10 other tiles not previously seen, offering additional variety for Carcassonne players.

The field-only tile features a pig farm. Under the official ruling, this tile has no special abilities. A popular variant gives the pig farm a bonus of 1 point per city at the end of the game for the winning farmer in that field.
