Deep Madness: Spawn of the Sleeper Epic Monster

About this expansion

Deep Madness: Spawn of the Sleeper Epic Monster is an epic monster pack for Deep Madness, a game listed for 1–6 players with a 120-minute play time. Released in 2018, this expansion introduces a chilling host and the tentacles that defend it.

The Spawn of the Sleeper may appear to be an insignificant threat while its mind is dreaming. Its tentacles, however, are fully prepared to protect their host. These whipping tendrils move through the danger, looking for investigators to seize and squeeze.

This monster pack is built around the contrast between apparent harmlessness and sudden menace. The Spawn may be content to let investigators underestimate it, but the surrounding tentacles make that assumption dangerous. Every encounter carries the threat of a crushing embrace.

The contents provide the miniatures and cards needed to represent this unusual enemy in Deep Madness. The set includes:

• 1 Spawn of the Sleeper monster miniature
• 6 Tentacle miniatures
• 2 Monster Cards in five languages
• 2 Spawn Cards in five languages

With its central monster and six accompanying tentacles, the set gives the Spawn of the Sleeper a distinctive presence on the table. The miniatures make the host and its defensive tendrils immediately recognizable, while the included cards support their use in the game.

Deep Madness: Spawn of the Sleeper Epic Monster is a focused addition for players who want an enemy that hides its danger behind an apparently passive form. Watch the tentacles, protect your investigators, and do not assume that a dreaming creature is truly defenseless.
