About this expansion

Batman: Gotham City Chronicles – Batman Inc. Expansion is a 2020 expansion for 2–4 players, with games lasting about 90 minutes. It adds a worldwide network of vigilantes, giving heroes more ways to take on missions from the core box.

Each included miniature can be chosen as an alternative hero in core-box missions. Build new teams around specialists such as Batman of Japan, Batman of Moscow, Chief Man-of-Bats, Dark Ranger, El Gaucho, Nightrunner, Raven Red, and The Knight, each bringing distinctive skills and equipment to the fight against crime.

• Batman of Japan excels at martial arts, hacking, and moving through elevated spaces, with Lolita Canary available as his teammate in Adventure Mode.
• Batman of Moscow is a demolition expert who uses explosives and fire to clear areas and destroy walls.
• Chief Man-of-Bats and Raven Red form a supportive duo able to recover life points, while Raven Red attacks with his bow.
• Dark Ranger combines investigation, explosives, a jet pack, and a stunning electric weapon.
• El Gaucho fights at melee and range, uses bolas to immobilize opponents, and can perform counterattacks.
• Nightrunner uses parkour to navigate heights and difficult spaces, supported by a powerful taser.
• The Knight adapts to changing situations with armor, investigation skills, hacking, and lockpicking.

The expansion also includes five new Bat-gadgets: Artificer Gel, Adrenaline Shot, Sharp Batarang, Electric Batarang, and Strengthened Armor. These additions provide fresh options for disarming explosives, pushing a hero beyond their usual actions, dealing damage, neutralizing opponents, and improving melee fights.

With its varied hero roles, character-specific equipment, and new gadgets, Batman: Gotham City Chronicles – Batman Inc. Expansion broadens team-building choices and adds new tactical possibilities to existing missions.
